The location was great for exploring Lake Bluff, near an industrial park and Lake Forest. the staff were super friendly and exceptionally kind. - the room with 2 beds was comfortable, especially the bed.

A wide range of food at the breakfast, including cereal, muffins, yogurt and eggs. Great location at walking distance from a private school.

There was not much to like.

Poor location, not many places to eat nearby, very poor staff. No one answered the desk phone at 10:30 PM. I needed an iron to press a shirt for the next day. Walked downstairs and the staff was eating. They gave me the iron. On checkout, staff could not provide a statement. She was having problems performing the functions online. She asked if she could send to me via email later in the day. I agreed. I did not receive the statement and had to call the location front desk later that evening.

The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I was happy to have a room with two beds, and let me tell you, my bed was like sleeping on a cloud! 😊

The rooms need a lot and I mean a lot of work ! Carpet stained and ripped curtians half hung lights did not always work bedspreads wit holes and rips not iron ironing board looked old and worn out ! Hotel was hotter inside verses out side hall were almost unbearably Hot ! But room ac worked ok keep it cool slim breakfast not much of a chose for any hot food at all !

The location of this hotel near Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Gurnee Mills Mall, Six Flags Park, Foss Park, lake shore, restaurants. I stayed in a double room with 2 beds which was perfect for me.

The windows opened. The hotel and the room did not smell as bad as most hotels.

This hip new hotel was a unique base for one night. The queen room was immaculately clean with the bathroom, 1 queen size bed, coffee. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a plus. The service was all in all great.

This venue was top-notch, everything was well-kept, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. 🌟 Plus, the spot was in a prime location in the Chicago area.

Not much. The location was the only positive thing about our stay.

The WiFi service was extremely slow and mostly did not work at all. The room we stayed in was very small and smelled musty. The air conditioner did not stay on very long and we were hot all night. If it weren't for the location (right next to Navy base) we would have changed hotels the second night. The staff was friendly though.

The room was modern and absolutely fantastic with a private bathroom. the beds were extremely comfy. - I had access to cable channels, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities. - the location was particularly good, close to restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers, and Foss Park by the lake shore.

This place offers a luxurious stay with really friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Everyone here is just so helpful. the room is well-kept, modern, and has a comfy queen-sized bed plus a coffee maker. 👍
